Dialogica provides AI-powered legal technology solutions, including but not limited to document analysis, case management, legal research, and workflow automation tools. Our services are designed to assist legal professionals and are not a substitute for professional legal advice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services

  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

  • Use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Resell or redistribute our services without prior written consent

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks — are owned by Dialogica, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our services without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit through our services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Dialogica a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We will not use your User Content for training AI models without your explicit consent.

7. Confidentiality

8. Payment and Billing

Certain services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a separate agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DIALOGICA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. OUR SERVICES DO NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL ADVICE, AND WE ARE NOT A LAW FIRM.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIALOGICA, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dialogica, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
